Pendle Cycle Fest is organised by Pennine Events on behalf of Pendle Borough Council in conjunction with local cycling groups.

Funding for the event has come from a variety of sources including cottages4you, Eric Wright Construction, Lancashire County Council and Pendle Borough Council.
